The A-Level Diagnostic Technician is responsible for performing high-level diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostic testing on engines, drivetrains, electrical systems, and emissions. Troubleshoot drivability, performance, and electrical issues using OEM-level tools. Complete high-level repairs and verify repair accuracy through test drives. Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings clearly. Mentor B- and C-level technicians to improve diagnostic and repair efficiency.
