Noles Home Maintenance, a leading home maintenance and renovation company in Owensboro, Kentucky, is looking for painters to join our team. As a painter at Noles Home Maintenance, you will be responsible for painting both interior and exterior surfaces of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks Choose the appropriate paint or finish for each job, based on the type of surface and desired outcome Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces, using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Ensure that each job is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed Clean and maintain equipment and work areas Requirements: Familiarity with a range of painting techniques and materials Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills A valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer competitive wages, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
