Field Tech – Full Time All American Roof Pros Job Overview All American Roof Pros is looking for a dependable, hands-on Field Tech to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable, team-oriented company. As a Gutter Technician, you’ll work directly on customers’ homes performing gutter installations and maintenance, with opportunities to assist in roofing, siding, and window-related repairs as needed. This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range based on experience. What You’ll Do Install, repair, and maintain residential gutter systems Assist with roofing, siding, and window repairs when needed Load, unload, and organize materials and tools Work safely on ladders, roofs, and job sites Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines Communicate clearly with team members to complete jobs efficiently Support other production tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For Previous experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus—but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying conditions Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Work With All American Roof Pros?
