Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, their benefits, and uses to effectively influence and boost sales. Perform product demonstrations to customers, illustrating features and benefits to facilitate purchasing decisions. Handle the customer's transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all preferences are met with standard store policies. Participate in merchandising tasks including but not limited to inventory stocking, display set-ups, and promotional event executions. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a pleasant environment for customers and coworkers alike. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed assigned sales targets while fostering a competitive yet supportive team atmosphere. Follow all operational procedures regarding cash handling, store security, and report discrepancies within shift operations immediately.
