Elite Construction is seeking LABOR – CDL Driver to  assist with our many commercial and local projects we have going on in our area. Must Have A CDL Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL): A Class A or B CDL (depending on the specific job requirements) with a clean driving record is a primary requirement. Safe Driving Practices :  Expertise in operating large vehicles safely under various road and weather conditions is paramount. Heavy Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating equipment such as dump trucks, backhoes, front-end loaders, or forklifts, which may require specific certifications (like OSHA or NCCER).Basic Mechanical Knowledge: The ability to perform routine maintenance, vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip), and minor troubleshooting of equipment and trucks helps minimize downtime.Tool Operation: Competence in using various hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and grinders, safely and effectively.Load Securement & Handling: Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and procedures for loading and unloading materials to ensure safe transport and prevent injury.Navigation & Route Planning: The ability to plan routes efficiently, using GPS or maps, and adapt to unforeseen road changes.    Previous construction experience is preferred but will train the right individual.
