About the Lead Stylist Role (Full-Time) As a full-time Lead Stylist, you serve as an expert on Hive & Colony’s style, design, quality, and service. You are a trusted advisor for our innovative and modern company, focused on providing exceptional customer service while supporting overall store operations. Key Responsibilities: – Conduct precise measurements for custom fittings. – Drive business by meeting revenue expectations and personal sales goals. – Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to grooming guidelines. – Complete all stylist training on product knowledge and technology. – Enhance the client experience by acting as a brand advocate, building relationships, and communicating promotional events. – Provide personalized service through detailed product knowledge, link selling, and following up on recent purchases. – Support the team by offering assistance and maintaining a clean environment to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements – Friendly and outgoing personality. – Excellent verbal communication skills. – Ability to problem-solve as issues arise. – Minimum of two years of retail experience.
