Tasks Own operations and finance end-to-end — systems, numbers, people, outcomes. Build complete financial systems — including P&Ls, cashflow forecasting, clean bookkeeping workflows. Build the day-to-day operational systems that keep the company running smoothly. Own all payment processing & risk — reduce chargebacks, manage VAMP, secure new processors. Work with the Head of CX to build visibility and systems across Customer Success. Hold the team, contractors, and agencies accountable through clear KPIs, structure, and operational discipline. Own fulfillment & inventory end-to-end — forecasting, ordering, supplier management, freight. Execute other high-level initiatives with speed and precision.
