Army Human Resource Specialist (MOS 42A) – Enlistment Required. Location: Multiple Locations. Salary: $40,000 – $80,000 per year. Job Type: Full-time, Part-time. Key Responsibilities: Provide human resources support to soldiers of all ranks and classifications. Manage personnel records, administrative paperwork, and reporting. Assist in readiness, health, and welfare programs to support soldier well-being. Follow detailed orders and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien (I-551). Age between 17-34 years. High school diploma or equivalent required. Achieve a minimum ASVAB score: General Technical (GT) ≥ 100 and Clerical (CL) ≥ 90. Able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance. Pass criminal background check with no open violations or felony convictions. Pass drug screening and physical fitness requirements. Training: 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training (BCT). 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training (AIT) combining hands-on and classroom instruction.
