Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate HVAC system installations using Service Titan Review sales proposals in Service Titan for accuracy Coordinate with warehouse and install teams for job staging and load-outs Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes Communicate with customers from post-sale through installation Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or operational issues Coordinate inspections and job close-out Follow up and try to close unsold proposals Qualifications: Maintain accurate job records, notes, and photos in Service Titan High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or coordination role Experience with Service Titan or similar software (Required/Preferred) Knowledge of HVAC systems (Required/Preferred) Experience with permits and inspections Key Skills: Service Titan proficiency (scheduling, dispatch, job tracking) Strong communication and customer service Organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and teamwork Some sales skills Work Environment: Office-based with coordination with field teams
