Duties and Responsibilities Follow prep lists created by chefs to plan duties. Label and stock ingredients on shelves, ensuring proper rotation and usage. Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting and trimming meat according to company guidelines. Follow proprietary recipes to create memorable dishes that align with Rodizio Grill’s brand and quality standards. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following sanitation and cleaning routines. Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned to support the dynamic needs of the kitchen. Weekends and holidays work shifts are mandatory, as these are our peak operation times. Requirements Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
