Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Carpentry Supervisor to oversee daily carpentry operations in our woodworking and cabinet shop. This role is hands-on and includes managing a team of carpenters and helpers, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety. Requirements 5+ years experience as a wood carpenter, cabinet maker, or millwork carpenter 2+ years experience leading or supervising carpentry teams Strong ability to read shop drawings and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with shop machinery and hand tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to lift up to 50 lb Preferred Qualifications Experience in architectural mill work or custom cabinetry CNC or production-shop experience Installation and field coordination experience Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and PTO Stable workload with long-term growth potential Leadership role in a professional woodworking environment
