American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking an experienced Field Production Supervisor to oversee service, repair, and reroof projects across residential, commercial, and multi-family properties. This position wears many hats — service foreman, reroof foreman, and field leader. We are looking for a highly skilled roofing professional who can supervise crews, manage quality, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
