We are seeking an attorney to join our Employment Litigation practice.  The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload, from intake through resolution.  Job Role/Duties: Handle all phases of assigned caseload (mixture of filed cases and pre-litigation files) through resolution. Draft demand letters, complaints, and motions. Vigorous representation of clients throughout the litigation process. Attend court hearings and conferences. Prepare and respond to discovery and appear at depositions. Participate in settlement efforts, including through mediation and settlement conferences. Qualifications: Admitted to the NY State Bar. 3-8 years of experience litigating cases under the following statutes: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. The New York State Human Rights Law. The New York City Human Rights Law. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). New York Labor Law (NYLL). Compensation: Full compensation package will be commensurate with attorney’s level of experience. Salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience).
