Position Overview As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining brewing and serving equipment in a workshop setting. You play a critical role in ensuring our customers enjoy quality coffee products by keeping equipment clean, functional, and reliable. Key Responsibilities Prioritize and schedule repairs of brewing equipment to meet operational demands Inspect used parts to assess wear and dimensional changes Observe and listen to mechanical devices in operation to diagnose issues Dismantle equipment to access and remove defective components Examine parts for defects, such as changes in form or texture Adjust and calibrate functional comp
