Customer-Focused Team Member We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role requires flexible availability, with a primary need for morning shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–1:30pm). Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be available. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service : Greet customers warmly, assist with their orders, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Order accuracy & payment processing : Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle transactions with precision. Prepare and serve food & beverages : Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standard. Upsell & enhance customer experience : Recommend additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness : Ensure the dining area and kitchen are organized and cleaned throughout your shift. Team collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Restock inventory : Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all items are readily available for service. Requirements: Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry is a plus. Food handling proficiency : Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is required. Time management : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
