Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Employee to join our team in Wood Dale, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your work will play a critical role in delivering excellent service to our customers while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Tasks Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments and inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks. Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures. Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with company standards. Coordinate with logistics, sales, and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to lift and move materials safely and perform physical warehouse tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Nice-to-haves Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. Experience with inventory management or ERP systems. Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or industrial equipment industries. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with parts handling.
