We currently provide home health care to patients in Santa Clara county, San Mateo County and San Benito county, and are expanding into Alameda, Contra Costa & Solano counties.  Ascension Healthcare has an immediate need for a Certified Home Health AIDE in Santa Clara County (San Jose to Palo Alto and cities in between ) and San Benito County (Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Hollister, San Juan Bautista and surrounding areas) Our founders include 150+ years of highly experienced nurses, healthcare administrators and other professionals in the post-acute industry dedicated to the highest quality clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
