Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per-DIem (Flexible Scheduling Available) Compensation: Competitive Pay ($18.00 – $21.00/hour) Weekly Pay Paid Orientation What You Will Do: Assist clients with personal care needs , including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders Support mobility and daily living activities , including walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping , including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environment Provide transportation and support for errands and appointments as needed Offer companionship and emotional support , fostering a respectful and engaging environment for clients Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team and document care accurately Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure high-quality, client-centered care What You Will Have: Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license Current TB screening/QuantiFERON or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year) Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents)<
