Cross Country Education is looking for a licensed School Psychologist to join our collaborative team to champion student mental health and academic growth in Naperville, IL for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year. Position Overview: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, interpret cognitive and behavioral data, and prepare detailed reports to determine special education eligibility for elementary students. Divide time across two elementary campuses to actively lead IEP meetings, consult with educators, and guide Child Study/problem-solving teams. Design and implement individual or school-wide positive behavioral support plans, offering targeted interventions to support students’ mental health and academic success. Qualifications: Master’s Degree or higher in School Psychology Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement Prior experience working within a school or pediatric setting (Preferred) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
