Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused professional to join our human resources team as an employee partner. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to employees, guiding them through their employment journey at USANA. Having a proven ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization is going to be supremely important in your success. Our ideal candidate is extremely skilled in their interpersonal and communication skills, focused on achieving personal and department goals, and can quickly build genuine rapport and trust with USANA employees. What You Will Do as a USANA Employee Partner Act as a point of contact for employees in the resolution of HR issues and provide timely and effective solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for administrative duties related to unemployment claims and verifications of employment Support and lead efforts in employee recognition programs and events Own the employee onboarding process including documentation and first day activities Background and Skills You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field OR t hree
