Role – Field Service Technician Thermal Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer based in the Chicagoland area to join our team. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, warranty service, and billable repairs on process cooling equipment across a 3–5 state region, with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will travel in a company-provided van, delivering on-site technical support, identifying and implementing effective solutions to equipment issues, and coordinating with internal teams as needed to ensure timely and thorough resolution.
