SUMMARY Develops and implements assigned training programs per the Systematic Approach to Training and appropriate training procedures. Assists in the evaluation of training programs and trainees to identify areas for improvement. Implements classroom and simulator training in the area of Nuclear Power Plant Operations. Works with line personnel to understand and analyze performance needs and recommend appropriate training solutions. EDUCATION High School/GED or equivalent (Required) EXPERIENCE 4 years of power plant experience in an operations or operations support role, of which 3 must be nuclear power plant experience. (Required) 30 hours of college credit in an engineering discipline equals one 1 yr of experience.
