Licensed Service Plumber (Residential) – Take-Home Truck All Pro Plumbing NW is hiring a licensed residential service plumber to run their own truck and handle service & repair calls. What You’ll Get: Commission-based pay – top techs earning $90K–$150K+ Steady call volume (no slow weeks) Take-home service truck Dispatch support so you can focus on the work Opportunity to work with a helper/apprentice Full Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) What You’ll Do: Assume the lead role on service, repair, and installation jobs Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Present options and get customer approval Complete quality, code-compliant work Document jobs in ServiceTitan (photos, notes, invoices) Keep your truck stocked and organized Requirements: WA Plumbing License (PL01, PL02, or PL04) 3+ years residential service experience Valid driver’s license Work Environment: Residential service work including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor conditions.
