Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
