Responsibilities Shift length can be 6-8 hours long. Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk. Count Inventory. Do deposits and count the drawers. Have all positions cleaned and closed down. Make sure the stand is locked and safe. Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present. Supporting the team and jumping in where needed. Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back. Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.
