Overview Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program Seeking: Substance Use Counselor Requirements: AOD Registration is required. AOD Certification is preferred. Registration/Certification must be obtained from a California-approved Counselor Certification Organization (CAADE, CADTP or CCAPP).
