The Impact You Will Make The Westminster Policy Administrator (WPA) is responsible for the overall administrative duties of processing specific customer contracts at the Forest Hill locations in Memphis, Tennessee. The WPA will act as the arranging counselor for all policy holders and will partner with a Sales Counselor at the location for aftercare, referrals and other assigned tasks by the Sales Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide at-need clients with immediate service, providing a consoling atmosphere that enables the clients to make decisions regarding recently deceased family members. Provide options and associated costs, including advising clients on financing options such as co-signing of insurance and information on obtaining financing. Ensures that all financing is taken care of prior to internment. Provide clients with site overview, including tours around the property, identifying the location of existing or potential family plots. Obtain all associated authorizations required for the process to be completed, including those needed to open plot. Provide information to cl
