As the manager of the CAD/CAM milling department, you will oversee the efficient and precise production of dental restorations, ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled technicians, driving process improvements and technological integrations that enhance our output and refine our craftsmanship. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the CAD/CAM department, ensuring all dental prosthetics are manufactured within the set timelines and quality parameters. Oversee the design process of dental crowns and bridges using CAD software, ensuring designs meet client specifications and industry standards. Operate and maintain sophisticated milling and sintering equipment, implementing regular checks to ensure they are functioning correctly. Collaborate with client dentists and technicians on case planning and adjustments, providing expert advice and solutions for complex cases. Coordinate with other department managers to streamline workflows and facilitate the timely completion of orders. Develop and enforce strict quality control protocols to minimize errors and rework, and ensure every product delivered is of the highest quality.
