Daybreak Dental is seeking a dedicated and efficient Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in an Assisted Hygiene model. In this role, you will work closely with a dental assistant to manage a high-efficiency hygiene schedule, delivering exceptional preventive care to patients while maintaining clinical excellence and time efficiency. If you are passionate about patient education and prevention, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you. 401 (k) match after 6 months, Paid time off, Employee discount.  Qualifications: Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Texas. Current CPR/BLS certification . Proficient in  Open Dental and taking digital X-rays (XDR Software ) , periodontal charting, and using electronic dental records. Experience working in an assisted hygiene model or fast-paced dental setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and multitasking ability. Positive, professional attitude and a commitment to patient-centered care. Preferred Skills/Certifications: Nitrous oxide administration certification In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to dentistry (e.g., HIPAA) Experience in preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining dental equipment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, patient-centered demeanor with a commitment to delivering compassionate care Can chart effectively and proficiently with the Doctor.
