As a Full-Time Hygienist with our office, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional oral health services, including preventive care, oral hygiene management, and patient education, aimed at maintaining optimal dental health. Duties and Responsibilities Perform initial dental assessments and evaluate patient oral health history. Deliver top-notch hygiene care with a gentle touch and a big heart. Conduct oral health treatments such as scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis. Apply preventive materials to the teeth (e.g., fluorides, SDF). Take dental radiographs  Take digital scans Assess the results of dental treatments and plan for future dental care. Build genuine relationships with patients, becoming their favorite part of coming in. Educate and empower patients on maintaining optimal oral health and hygiene practices. Collaborate with dentists to plan for patient dental treatment. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated with the latest in dental hygiene technology and procedures. Document treatment plans and care performed within the patients’ records. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets OSHA and CDC guidelines. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
