See details below.  Home   Health Physical Therapist Opportunity  $45.00/hour starting pay Monday–Friday , flexible scheduling, no weekends The Home health Physical Therapist can expect  2–6 visits daily Travel averages 50 miles , may extend to 100 miles Federal-rate mileage reimbursement WellSky EMR documentation Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice with current certifications and credentials Experience in home health care or outpatient rehabilitation, with the ability to manage multiple patient visits per day Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills , including proficiency with electronic medical records (WellSky EMR preferred) The Location:  Located on the southern Oregon coast , offering scenic views of the Pacific Ocean Known for a mild, temperate climate with abundant outdoor recreation opportunities Offers a tight-knit community with small-town charm and local amenities Close to hiking, beaches, and fishing spots , making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts Interested in learning more?
