JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Interventional Cardiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Rosenburg, Oregon Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Aug 10, 2026 – Ongoing Shift Schedule: 24-Hour Call, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. Call Type: STEMI Call Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered COVERAGE DATES Aug 10, 2026 – Aug 17, 2026 Sep 2026 (dates pending) PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults (18+) Average Daily Volume: 14-16 clinic patients/day; 2-6 Coronary Angiograms 5 consults Admissions: No, Hospitalists handle all admissions Rounding: Yes, locum follows own patients until sign-off Phone Consults: Yes, approximately 5 consults Case Mix: STEMIs, Diagnostic Angiograms, PCIs, Left & Right Heart Catheterizations, IVUS/FFR/IFR FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Meditech with PatientKeeper interface Specialty Backup Available: General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Nurse Practitioner, Anesthesia Support Staff Available: MAs: 1 per provider; fully staffed office PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 30-120 days REQUIRED PROCEDURES Interventional procedures – PCI/diagnostic caths, right/left heart caths, echo/stress interpretation.
