Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour + $0.75 shift differential. Shift: 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. About the Role: Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator ! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting. Machines in Operation: Stamper Operator: Operate press machines to punch tiles, auto-stack products, and perform quality checks. Preferred experience with HMI control panels. Reroller Operator: Final stage of production; use forklift and hoist to cut rolls to customer specifications and prepare for shipping. Mix Operator: Combine wet and dry materials, load molds, and secure lids. Requires comfort in confined spaces for machine clean-out; heavy equipment experience preferred.
