This position is not remote and requires presence in our Sugar Land, TX office, along with local travel to serve our patients in community-based group homes. The selected candidate will fill a crucial role in our organization, offering direct patient care and executing skillful phlebotomy services. Key Responsibilities Mobile Phlebotomy (Mandatory): Travel to local group homes on Monday and Tuesday mornings to perform precise and efficient blood draws, directly impacting our ability to provide timely and effective patient care. Fast-Paced Clinical Care: Room patients, take vital signs, conduct EKGs, perform in-office blood draws, and assist with medical procedures during busy clinic sessions. Program Management (RPM & CCM): Oversee our Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs.
