Sign-On Bonus $2000 – Pays out as follows: 60 Days – $500. 6 Months – $500. 1 Year – $1000. Starting pay rate is dependent on skill level, which is determined by the weld test. Full Time. Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following: Build Subassemblies for compactors and/or balers utilizing existing fixtures. Weld to acceptable quality expectations on all weld positions (flat, down, over). Assemble and weld sides, floors, and dog boxes on compactors. Assemble and weld sides, floors, tops, doors, and wire gates on balers. Ability to meet production standards. Maintain good attendance record and be able to work overtime as needed. Maintain good safety record. Maintain positive attitude. Positions parts together by means of clamps, tack welds, and along layout marks. Part positioning may occur at floor, table, shoulder, and above shoulder levels. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to use tape measure. Ability to do basic math and tape measure reading. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations. Stand, walk, and talk, or hear. Reach with hands and arms. Climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Use hands to finger, handle, or feel. <
