Job Title: Primary Care / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Clear Lake / Southeast Houston Location: Clear Lake / Southeast Houston Area Job Type: Full-Time Compensation:  $140,000 – $220,000 per year, depending on experience and workload About the Role Clarius Medical Group, PLLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care / family medicine services in the Clear Lake / Southeast Houston area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity focused on the general practice / family medicine side of patient care within a facility-based setting. While the work is performed in a behavioral hospital environment, this role is not primarily psychiatric . The provider will focus on medical management, stabilization, and treatment of general health concerns for adolescent and adult patients. This opportunity is ideal for an NP who enjoys hands-on patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and facility staff, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced clinical setting. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Manage day-to-day primary care and family medicine needs in a facility-based setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing as clinically indicated. Prescribe medications in accordance with Texas and federal regulations.
