Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient program, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance, and financial performance. This leadership role works closely with the Area Director and provides guidance to rehab staff while maintaining a strong, team-oriented culture.
