Analytic Facilitator – Mid LCAT: Mid Location: Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas / On-site Office: U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command Required clearance: TS/SCI, able to pass CI Polygraph Required education: Bachelor’s degree or associates degree and four (4) years intelligence/analytic experience; At least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years. Six (6) years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or intelligence training in lieu of degree, with recent relevant experience within the last 2 years. Description: This position is contingent upon award of contract. We are seeking an experienced Analytic Facilitator to support U.S. Government intelligence training and analytic tradecraft development. The Analytic Facilitator enables intelligence professionals to improve analytic rigor, collaboration, and critical thinking through the application of structured analytic techniques and facilitated analytic processes. This role is integral to strengthening intelligence outcomes across the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate brings a strong background in intelligence analysis, experience facilitating analytic sessions or training events, and the ability to engage diverse analytic teams in complex problem solving.
