Analytic Facilitator Mid- MCST Focus

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytic Facilitator to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB) supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) . The Analytic Facilitator will play a critical role in delivering Mission Crew Training Simulator (MCTS) support to 55 WG personnel. This position requires expertise in instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel. Key Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused on 55 WG operations Support the development and execution of MCTS scenario-based exercises to facilitate Combat Mission Ready (CMR) status of 55 WG personnel. Collaborate with mission planners, intelligence analysts, and leadership to identify training needs and tailor instructional content accordingly. Revise courseware as necessary to meet local standards or reflect changes in national priorities. Update simulations as needed to integrate new requirements for Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO). Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, and objectives. Travel required (Up to 10%) Qualifications Required Qualifications: Experience Level: Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree of 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD Technical Expertise: Proficiency with MCTS. Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis , Multi-Int Fusion , and Analytical Tradecraft Support . Experience delivering training and facilitating exercises in a professional setting.
