Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and highly attentive ASD Survival Swim Instructor to provide individualized, one-on-one swim and water safety instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related sensory, communication, or developmental differences. This role requires creativity, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to meeting each swimmer where they are. Our instructors create a supportive learning environment while teaching essential survival skills that can make a life-saving difference.
