Maintains all data collection and logs of progress towards IEP goals to update/change IEP, as necessary. Manages a caseload of preschool aged children based on locations of children, frequency of service and duration of sessions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)▪Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance regulations;▪Extensive knowledge of best practices in special education and the development of young children;▪Extensive knowledge of young children with disabilities;▪Extensive knowledge of the Electronic Access to Student Information (EASI) system;▪Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; Google Apps;▪Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;▪Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback;▪Ability to work independently and complete tasks in the absence of clear direction;▪Ability to organize information pulled from multiple sources;▪Ability to perform data collection and analyze student data;▪Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with system staff, staff of childcare centers, students, parents, external agencies, and the community.EDUCAT…
