In Gold and Platinum studios, you work alongside a Studio Manager, which allows your focus to stay where it belongs: coaching excellence, coach development, and building a team that delivers a world-class experience every single class. You do not run the studio alone, but the fitness product is yours to own. Job Summary As Head Coach in a Gold or Platinum studio, you lead the coaching team, own the quality of every class delivered, and develop coaches who get better every month. You partner with the Studio Manager on business performance, culture, staffing, and studio KPIs, but the fitness floor is your domain. You will also coach classes, own the intro class experience, support membership conversion, and actively contribute to studio growth. What You’ll Do Coaching Excellence & Class Delivery Coach a minimum of 15 classes per week, with flexibility to coach additional classes based on studio needs. Deliver high-quality, high-energy Orangetheory Fitness classes in alignment with brand standards. Own the quality of every class delivered in your studio, not just the classes you personally coach. Monitor safety, form, heart rate zones, and member engagement across all sessions.
