Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide the critical communication and transition support that helps students thrive in Windsor, CA for the 2026-2027 school year . Position Overview: Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations and targeted therapy services to high school students (Grades 9-12). Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress diligently and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. Partner with educators, parents, and administrators to implement effective communication strategies within the educational environment, offering flexibility to support secondary campus needs or overflow when necessary. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid CA-SLP Speech-Language Pathologist License Valid CTC Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential Prior experience or strong capability working with secondary/high school-aged students to address complex communication and academic needs Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
