Desired Skills and Experience: Love of small children Loving and nurturing Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor, strong work ethic, cooperative team spirit, highly professional and dependable High School Diploma, GED, or higher (degree in early childhood or CDA preferred) CPR and First Aid certifications Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children Good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Willingness to attend training and staff meetings Primary Responsibilities: Is responsible for the overall supervision
