Description Position Title : Production Planner Position Location : Uxbridge, MA Position Type/Schedule: Onsite Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:30PM Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 ( Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) Position Snapshot: The Production Planner plays a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing production workflows to meet the combined demands of safety stock, forecasting, and customer orders. This position ensures a responsive and customer-focused approach to service inquiries while driving on-time delivery, production efficiency, and inventory accuracy. You take ownership of your work, react quickly to shifting priorities, and bring a strong sense of urgency to everything you do. You thrive on balancing forecasts, inventory, and customer demand to build schedules that make sense and deliver results. A day in the life: Production Scheduling: · Manage and adjust production schedules across multiple product lines to meet demand, material availability and labor capacity. · Review daily output, determine bottlenecks, and evaluate inventory levels to maintain efficient operations. · Monitor on-time delivery performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: · Partner with Order Management and Manufacturing teams to align production goals and resolve scheduling conflicts. · Notify internal teams of updated shipping schedules and any modifications to lead times. · Participate in daily and monthly production meetings to address issues such as material shortages, equipme
