As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to residents in PPL’s affordable and scattered-site housing programs. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 20–25 participants, building strong, trusting relationships while delivering tailored services that meet each individual’s unique needs. By connecting residents to resources and strengthening community ties, you’ll play a key role in promoting long-term housing stability and overall well-being. ✅What You’ll Do Engage with participants to assess their strengths/barriers and create customized participant-driven housing stability plans Support participant health and wellness through connections to physical, mental health, and recovery resources Assist with the housing recertification process Collaborate with Housing Coordinator in transferring tenancy sustaining services both in home and in the community Utilize skills and community resources to provide crisis prevention and intervention Support strategies to promote neighborhood, apartment building, and personal safety Provide and/or facilitate translation and interpreting services ✅ What You Bring Minimum Technology Qualifications:
