Position Overview: Provide in-person speech and language therapy to K–12 students with Autism, Language Impairments, and Learning Disabilities. Manage a caseload of 45–50 students, primarily providing specialized services outside the general education setting to meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, track student progress, and maintain compliance documentation. Partner with multidisciplinary school teams and families to coordinate support services and foster an inclusive environment for student success. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience supporting diverse student populations, including Autism and OHI Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
