Cross Country Education is looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide critical communication and transition support for high school students in Lawndale, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Overview: Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to identify communication needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to high school students, both individually and in small group settings. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals while maintaining accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff to support student success and ensure compliance with applicable special education regulations. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License Valid CTC Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential Prior experience providing speech-language services in a school-based setting (Preferred) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
