Position Overview: Provide social-emotional support and evidence-based interventions that promote student well-being and academic success. Manage a mild-to-moderate special education caseload while supporting behavioral and therapeutic goals. Partner with students and families to support attendance improvement and re-engagement initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a trauma-informed and supportive school environment. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement Experience supporting high-risk youth, student re-engagement, or trauma-informed practices (Preferred) Strong flexibility, communication, and relationship-building skills in high-needs school settings Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
