Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve elementary-aged students and collaborate with educators and families to foster communication, academic growth, and student success in Tempe, AZ during the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview: Conduct speech and language evaluations, interpret assessment results, and develop individualized recommendations to support student success. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation in educational settings. Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, and service-related reports in accordance with state and district requirements. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Arizona Dept. of Health Speech-Language Pathology License and Standard Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card School-based experience conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing speech-language therapy services (Preferred) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
